Due to many requests for a way to interact through this web site, we have developed this interactive Ask a Question service for those who want guidance and advice that’s private, affordable, and most of all, helps you through challenging times. These services are used as a source of personal growth through problem recognition and resolution. For as little as $25.00 you can ask a question electronically and one of our counselors will respond personally to your question.

We offer four types of counseling services: 15 min., 30 min., 45 min., 60 min. (Click on links

With each you get:

• A confidential, intuitive, and concise look at your situation.
• Carefully assessed responses with next step possibilities.
• Interactive counseling, with a series of e-mails or phone calls allowing you to respond with questions and suggestions from us and get our feedback each time.

Counseling fees range from $25 to $95 USD, depending on the service. Pay by credit card over a secured server. Your payment is discreet; the word counseling doesn’t appear on your credit card statement.

An alternate form of payment is to mail a check. This method is available on the payment page. We will proceed with your request upon receipt of payment.

• Receive 15 minutes worth of counseling, with 1-3 e-mails from us, or by phone.

Here is how it works:

1. *Within 24-hours of receipt of notification of payment, we send an e-mail or call, asking that you provide more detailed information about your situation. The counselor may choose to talk to you by phone.
2. You send us the additional information.
3. We send your counseling e-mail 1-3 days after we receive your e-mail.
4. You send your response to the counseling e-mail with your thoughts, feelings, and comments, as well as the results of any exercises you may be given.
5. We send you a concluding e-mail 1-3 days later.

• Receive 30 minutes worth of counseling, with 2-4 e-mails from us, or by phone.
• Counseling fee – $50. USD.

Here is how it works:

1. *Within 24-hours of receipt of notification of payment, we send an e-mail or call, asking that you provide more detailed information about your situation. The counselor may choose to talk to you by phone.
2. You send us the additional information.
3. We send your counseling e-mail 1-3 days after we receive your e-mail.
4. You send your response to the counseling e-mail with your thoughts, feelings, and comments, as well as the results of any exercises you may be given.
5. We continue this up to six responses if needed.

Suggestions on Making a Counseling Request

Here are some suggestions on the type of information that will assist in making a counseling request:

1. Give a short background history about the incident or situation that's bothering you.
2. Provide details on the situation you are asking for help with.
3. How do you feel about the situation and those involved?
4. How do you feel about yourself? Allow feelings to flow freely.
5. Express all the self-judgments* you have in this situation.
6. Exprss your frustration, anger, or any other emotion you can identify.
7. Is there anything else affecting how you feel right now?
8. If there are other people involved, can you guess at what they feel about this situation?
9. If there are others involved, what's your communication usually like with them?
10. Tell us about any previous attempts to deal with the situation.
11. What results do you want from your counseling?
12. Is there a part of you that you would like to understand better or want to change?
